Delivery
We deliver both in Switzerland and internationally.
VAT
All our prices include the local VAT of 7,7%. Switzerland is not part of the European Union. If you are outside of Switzerland, and you would like to make your Swiss VAT deduction, please make an order but do not pay. We will see your order, and will adjust the price of your order manually to exclude the Swiss VAT.
Duties and Taxes
If you are located in the European Union, we can send you the goods from the Eurozone. It means that you will not be liable for the EU VAT – we will. If you are located elsewhere in the world, your order is subject to local import formalities. We will however make sure that the customs process goes smoothly. In any case, make sure you know the maximum amount of duty-free imports for your country. If your order exceeds this amount, drop us a line so that we make sure that everything goes hassle-free.
Delivery time
All items for sale on our site we carry in our stock, they are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. If an order date falls on a public holiday in Switzerland, we dispatch your order as soon as working routine resumes.
Shipping costs for Switzerland :
We charge from CHF 7.00 for the packing and shipping of your orders in Switzerland. From CHF 200, the shipping costs in Switzerland are free, as long as the delivery can be made in a single shipment. Please note that shipping costs will be charged in the event that the value of the order drops below CHF 200 after a return of goods.
International shipping costs :
We ship internationally. For Europe, delivery prices start from 9 EUR and vary depending on the country of destination and the weight of the parccel. It is calculated automatically in the orders section.
Return of goods :
A withdrawal period of 14 days is granted to return the goods which starts on the day of receiving your order. We refund the goods which are returned unused, in the original package, in an irreproachable state and which have been kept in a non-smoking environment.
We refund you the postage fees upon the reception of your return if you returned the goods for the reason of quality.
